ACTYBIO ECOPRO 300 EM
Preservative
ACTYBIO ECOPRO 300 EM is a concentrated preservative that offers an efficient combination of bactericidal and fungicidal active principles, with different modes of action, highly effective and of
broad spectrum in fungal control. Indicated as a preservative for use in the manufacture of adhesives and glues, dispersions and emulsions of polymers, lubricating products and mineral oil-based materials, construction chemicals pigment dispersions, wax emulsions, products based on protein solutions and industrial lubricants.
Composition
Preparation of p-chloro-m-cresol (PCMC) and octyl-isothiazolinone (OIT).
Application
Due to its special combination of active ingredients, ACTYBIO ECOPRO 300 EM has a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria, fungi and yeasts.
ACTYBIO ECOPRO 300 EM can be incorporated into the original metalworking fluid concentrate.
However, compatibility with the fluid to be preserved must be evaluated before attempting this method. ACTYBIO ECOPRO 300 EM is also suitable for addition on the tank side.
For rapid distribution in a ready-to-use dilution of a metalworking fluid, dose the preservative at a point in the system where there is good circulation. Pre-dissolution in water can improve distribution.
