ACTYBIO MB25
Preservative
ACTYBIO MB25 is a preservative formulated with two highly effective active ingredients, which in combination provide complementary modes of action, leading to robust and far-reaching effectiveness in the preservation of industrial products against damage caused by bacteria, yeasts and fungi.
This preservative is free of formaldehyde and CMIT releasers.
Composition
ACTYBIO MB25 is a combination of two highly effective ingredients, 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BIT) and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (MIT).
Application
ACTYBIO MB25 is a light coloured aqueous solution based on a mixture of active ingredients
BIT and MIT biocides. This combination offers a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity, particularly against bacteria. ATC BIOCIDE MB25 has the following characteristics:
– Wide spectrum of activities
– Stability against high alkalinity and high temperatures
– Good compatibility
– Does not contain organic solvents
– Zero VOC
– CMIT free
– Formaldehyde free
ACTYBIO MB25 is intended for the preservation of aqueous technical preparations, such as paints and other aqueous coatings, polymer emulsions, plasters, knife fillers, pigment pastes, paper coatings, inks, synthetic and natural adhesives, cleaners, detergents, and similar products.
