ACTYBIO ECO PRO 150

ACTYBIO ECO PRO 150 is a new generation of biocide, water based, for the preservation of wet blue, wet white, vegetal and crust. ACTYBIO ECO PRO acts on a wide spectrum of fungus, bacteria and various types of microorganisms.
ACTYBIO ECO PRO 150 is based on two active substances PCMC and OIT, which are complementary. It may be used alone or in combination with all Biocides from the ATC range.

Stability: Excellent in Pickle & Chrome tanning floats
Solubility: Disperses easily in water
Biodegradability: Free of TCMTB and PCP
PROPERTIES
ACTYBIO ECO PRO 150 provides excellent internal and external protection of leather against attack of fungus and moulds during production and storage.
ACTYBIO ECO PRO 150 has good dispersion and solubility in water to facilitate distribution within the skin, providing long preservation time.
ACTYBIO ECO PRO 150 has a wide spectrum of activity and is efficient on all types of tanned leather.
APPLICATIONS
ACTYBIO ECO PRO 150 should be diluted prior to application with 10/20 times its own weight of water. ACTYBIO ECO PRO 150 is recommended to be used during pickling and/or tanning operations.
The level required for safe protection may vary from 0.3 to 0.65 % (based on pelt weight) depending on local storage condition, period of preservation and tanning procedure.
